Velo Health was built by clinicians who have seen that from the inside - doctors who know that a straightforward sick note should not cost anyone a two week wait, and that every appointment spent on paperwork is one taken from a patient who needs to be seen. So we designed the service we wished existed: our GMC registered UK doctors conduct secure, asynchronous text consultations and issue signed certificates straight to your inbox, while frontline services keep their appointments for those who need them most.
Clinical judgement stays at the centre. If a doctor believes your condition needs a face-to-face review, we won't issue a certificate - we'll point you to the right care.

A real doctor on every case. Every consultation is handled by a GMC registered UK doctor, and their name and GMC number appear on your certificate.

Certificates that stand up. Each certificate is a signed PDF with a unique reference that employers, universities, and insurers can ask us to verify.

Fair when the answer is no. A certificate is a clinical decision, not a purchase. If the doctor can't issue one, you get an automatic full refund and advice on the right care.
